Am in the UK, received package 3 weeks later, arrived without any instructions, and the pieces you bite into, missing. Terrible service. I wait to see if it works and tightens the facial skin as the Science says this doesn’t work... hmmm

I received the product on time, and everything appeared to be included. Upon opening, the jawzrsize was not hygienically wrapped and looked as if it was rolled on a floor before someone put it in the box. It also didn't include any instructions on cleaning or recommended exercises. Definitely underwhelmed by my purchase.

I was excited when I got it but when I opened there was a missing item.

Not worth the cost. Nice packaging and looks professional, but the device it self is just way expensive ($39.99) really?

It's not as strong as I thought it would be.

I don’t get it. I got 2 devices. The blue is like mush, the green not much harder. I’m using it for 75-125 reps before I feel anything.

So The package came in pretty fast! 3 days! However... the pieces came in so dirty like if it fell in the dirt outside, very disturbing. I have never gotten a packaged so dirty. The pieces that you place in your mouth were so filthy, I’m in shock.
