My necklace barley fit around my neck to the point where I couldn't reach my mouth and when I tried the chain broke. The rubber piece it okay, but not even close to being worth what I paid for it.

UPDATE 4/24 Received the replacement.. and definetly not as advertised.. still no bite strips. Will not update this again waste of time.. Update: I have received a quick response from the company and they are correcting the issue by sending me a replacement. I will keep everyone posted once i receive the replacement and try out the product. Looks like I got some missing components. Came in an envelope no chain, no holders, didn't even come in the box as described. Such a shame I was actually looking forward to this.
