I was not able to use it. Was sent to me without the bite strip to use to bite down on it. Would like to try it but can't. I feel like I shouldn't have to go back online to order them. They should have sent them to me.

Only the Custom Fit devices have the removable bite strips that must be custom fit to your unique bite. Your Beginner Jawzrsize is a Pop N Go. That means it is all ready to "pop and go"!
