Great product! I started with the purple and was doing 3 reps of 30. After 2 weeks i increased to 3 reps of 50. I'm sure i'll be adding more but right now i really feel the workout. I took a before pic and after a few months I will send in a before and after pic. Customer service has been really nice and the delivery was fast.

I ordered the 20lb blue version however before I even placed the order I called their customer service rep about which one would work best for me. I'm glad I called because she was able to help me out with the decision as there are a more than 2 models. After our call I went with the 20 lb model and received it in October. So far since October of 2019 till April of 2020 I have used it. The instructions are easy to follow. When you use it you definitely feel a bit of pressure and if does give your jaw a workout. Though I've been working out myself so I don't know if that helps as I read reviews that it's bad for future jaw problems. I would talk to a practitioner first if that's one of your concerns. You can even feel the bottom half of your jaw muscles become stiff after a good usage indicating it is giving your bottom jaw a workout where their product is aimed at improving; a slim jawline.

I have felt with jaw problems for three years now, and had figured it would just a part of life moving forward. Every time I yawned or opened my jaw all the way my jaw would painfully pop.
