The product is great, works as described but you just have to be consistent with using it. My only problem was with customer service. I was missing items in my order so I contacted them, they said they'd send it out and they were so responsive so I was excited about it but I have yet to receive the rest of my order. Not every jaw is balanced, therefore this product can work very differently for people. I recommend a smaller piece for focusing on every tooth/muscle group of the face, designed to go inside the mouth. Otherwise it could actually just increase stress and imbalance in people's jaws. Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback. We offer this in various sizes/resistance levels. Please note that the heavier resistance equals higher muscle building and lower resistance levels are best for toning!

Ordered a master set with 2 pop and play jawsercizers and 1 that needed to be fitted. Arrived promptly and the two pop and play ones worked well, and I made good progress with them. Unfortunately the fitted one that was supposed to be 40lbs resistance is actually more like 10lbs.

I apologize that you did not receive this information, please check it should help:We recommend following the below training schedule with our products: Week 1: - Start with Beginner Level 1 or Level 2 and Perform 5-10 sets to 60% of max/failure every other day Week 2 - Add numbers of sets and increase the intensity Week 3-6 - Start with Advanced Level 3 or Level 4 - Perform 5-10 sets to 60% max/failure every other day - Super Set High Reps with Level 1 & Level 2 Week 6+ If you feel like your jaw can handle another level we recommend using Elite Level 4. We do not suggest using this product before 6weeks of warming up your facial muscles with our other 2 Levels.

I really love the concept but honestly I couldnt get the Jawzrsize to fit, it was really uncomfortable and I used both molds. My kit didnt come with the necklace and it said it would. Dont know it it's possible but is there anyway you could come up with a mold that sits further back? But still thank you.

Honestly it didn't really do much for me. I used my Jawzrsize multiple times a day for the recommended amount or more. It also hurt my teeth after a while. I will say, however, the customer service was excellent and when my package got lost in the mail they investigated and sent me a new one! Great company and well run but for me, personally, it did not work. But that may just be me.
