Totally worth it. I only do a short 10-minute session every day and it has made a noticeable difference plus this helps tremendously when you get mad and need to hit something, Instead, I just pop in my jazzercise and go ham! If you get heated over stupid things like me, do your knuckles a favor and get a Jazzercise. Trust me these things slap!

Great customer service, awesome product, plus easy to use. Totally worth the investment and effort ~ and beats the heck out of a slack jaw! Jiu Jitsu folks and other combat athletes will benefit from the added jaw/neck muscle strengthening.
