Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We'd like to inform that our new 1.5 design is 33% smaller than the original Jawzrsize or 1/3 smaller. It works the lower or bottom half of the bite. The new 1.5 Ibs for everyone! Even if you already use the original Jawzrsize it is good to switch it up. The 1.5 design is perfect for anyone young, old, women, guys, teens-even Superheroes!
