Bothers me that it tastes like rubber. Do not overdo the exercises at the beginning!

I've still not received the item i purchased and its been over 3 months now. Update: very quick response from Jawrsize. Looks like original order was shipped but DHL lost it. Re-ordered free of charge. I’ll update when (and if the new item arrives).

The item material is too hard and as I have a front teeth repaired I am afraid I can't use it unless the material is softer.

It really hurt my jaw after a few minutes of use. I thought that it was just exercise, but I had to ice my jaw. After talking to the medical care doctor, they told me that this can cause me to have TMJ. Don’t recommend getting this product. However, customer service is great and they help me since this product was bad for me.
