Have yet to receive the product I order. The shipping company they currently use is atrocious when shipping to Canada. My item has been stuck in a Ontario Warehouse for a week now Just would like to follow up and say jawzrsize has awesome public relations. They responded quickly to my review and followed up with the shipping company. Even while the entire situation was technically out of their hands and nothing they could physically do. I originally posted the review for their consideration on future freight provider decisions.

I bought mine a few months ago & bought it more for the color because who doesn’t like pink! & I didn’t know that it would be one of the hardest ones to bite down & I didn’t return it because I was biting down on it wrong for the longest, months on end I was thinking I was doing it the right way when I wasn’t to be honest lol & ones I found out how to use it, I found out how hard it is to bite down. But I reach out to the ceo & a woman got back to first & I explained to her what I was going threw & not long, like 10 mins latter the ceo reached out to me and showed me how to use it with a full YouTube video ! He’s a busy man so I was very surprised!! & to make things even better the ceo Gave me a discount on another one! I’ve never had a company be so helpful & kind 10/10 customer serves because the ceo is a cool guy.
