The product wasn't right for me and so I contacted their customer service. Julie from jawrize helped me and gave me a full refund after just few minutes and few emails! If you think of trying it, you know they got your back!

The product actually kept its promise! It really works! At first I received only the silicon mouth piece without the carry case.. Was a bit disappointed and mentioned about it, got the case by international shipping without questions. Hence 5-stars!
