I was excited to use Jawzrsize and ordered it with much anticipation. But then realized shortly after that because of a unique dental concern, I really can't bite down on even a sandwich, so what was I thinking? I reached out to the support team and Sam responded immediately, very kind and understanding, and led me through the process of how to refuse the package and get a full refund. I had a couple of questions along the way, he answered them in very short order and was so polite and helpful. I wish I could use the product, but was so grateful for the kind response to the return of it. Thank you.

At first I wasn't happy as the Jawzrsize that was originally sent wasn't that difficult an exercise and I didn't get the choice to choose a stronger item. However when I reached out and complained I was surprised to get a discounted offer on the next level or above or a total refund! This showed me that they are very genuine and do care about their custom.

There is not enough to say about the customer support from Jawzrsize. My "Level 1: Blue Pop 'N Go" Jawzrsize broke apart at the TOP bite part after using it for only a week. I reached out to the customer support at Jawzrsize, and within 10 minutes they sent me an email saying a replacement was on its way! Incredible level of customer service, I have NEVER had a company reply so quickly to an issue with their product. Absolutely impressed on every level, can't wait to get my replacement!
