Aloha Brian! :) We are so happy you love your Jawzrsize and that it is helping your migraines too! That's awesome!! We're so sorry your lanyard broke, and that there was a bit of confusion with your removable bite guards! It sounds like you might need a few replacement parts. No worries! We'll send them your way. On our "How It Works" page, there's a short how to video that can help you quickly and easily custom fit and position your Jawzrsize for the most comfortable experience! There is also a breakdown with pictures on that page of all our resistance levels, including exactly what comes in your kit! We'll follow up with you to clear up any confusion about your specific order. :) Thanks for letting us know how you were doing! Please keep us posted on your progress! Mahalo! - The Jawzrsize Team
