I need to use the product more, to give a higher rating

The product itself is good. Just had some issues with delivery but was during 'lockdown' so it was understandable although I had to chase it up.

Ordered jawzrsize back in April. Must’ve been lost in the mail and never received. Finally sent an email in July and will be getting a replacement sent soon.

You should make a video on how to use the product.

Took longer than the printed estimated time to arrive! Tried to get help and it was unsatisfactory. I felt and said I would stop payment. Maybe you should change the 5- 8 working days to deliver to 10-13. I do like the product so far! Felt it working right away.

The order was incorrect but when contacting the company they asked for evidence via photo of what was sent and have said they will send the missing pieces separately. Still yet to receive the missing pieces but communication was good.

I ordered this product from NZ, so expected some waiting time with the current situation. After over a month and a half I emailed to inquire, it turns out my order had been lost without being contacted. This was disappointing. I must say they replied back and sent the product in a timely fashion afterwards. After seeing the simple rubber product I was disappointed with the price range, especially considering I’ll have to purchase the level 2 in a few weeks... but It’s a cool idea and I really hope it works
