I like it, but my teeth have started to cut through the bite grooves. Now I have to grip it with my teeth on the bulky part that is supposed to go behind your teeth.

because it didnt come with the string. however the product is fine as is. after about 2 weeks you do notice improvement in jaw development. but you will need a heavier/stronger rubber to get to the next level. i understand the means and the use but i feel its not what its cost should be

I bought the 3 pack containing the basic, intermediate, and Advanced pieces. While the first few days were great for each, only the basic is still usable after only a few weeks of use. The intermediate was the first to go; my teeth sunk into the material, causing a lack of effective range of motion AND a horrible, uncomfortable pressure on my gums while I used the piece. I had more confidence in the tougher material of the Advanced one... but after 2 weeks of use I had encountered the same issue. I would love a redesign that allows the plastic inserts from the basic design to be placed into the advanced piece!!!! It doesn't make sense that the basic is designed to be so comfortable and long lasting, yet the options for those who have a stronger bite force are much quicker to wear out. Not very happy with the money spent on these; looking into the "Chisel" to continue my jaw workouts.
