I have not received the Jawzrsize (though I was charged for it). Is this a scam?? I've changed my rating. After writing this review the company contacted me and quickly sent me a replacement for the lost Jawzrsize, which I received. I'm impressed with their customer service. I haven't used the Jawzrsize long enough to see a difference though it certainly does exercise the muscles in the face.

Hey Brandon you got a wonderful invention, face changed dramatically since I had a messed up jaw for almost 10 years plus. I ordered the total transformation and then I didnt think much of it but instead of getting the total 3 levels I got the 2 and 2. 2 level just one standard and 2 levels of custom fit...I got 2 blue ones and 2 green ones. this lead me to jump from blue to green because I went with the standard ones first and I order 2 because of the deal and I didnt get the full 3 level.

I had shipping issues due to COVID19 and requested a refund. After contacting the customer service about my lost shipment they ensured me that they would take care of the situation by offering two options, refund or new shipment. I decided to try again and opted for a second shipment. Now, less than a week after receiving the re-shippmen of my Jawzrsize and I couldn't be happier. The respect I have in regards to how things were handled leaves me speechless. I am 100% satisfied with this product. In a couple of days using this product I saw my cheaks plump up and my face looking rejuvenated. This product is for real! It was worth the wait.
