I started with the beginner Jawzrsize and I had great results so I bought the intermediate version. I watched a youtube tutorial that made fitting the mouth pieces easy and it had worked great so far. I definitely recommend it.

A very fine jaw exercise device. Clever invention and made of good material. I suffer from a kind of facial tension and this is a good tool for de-stressing.
