This may be out of their hands but I ordered this product back in early June, never got it, says it’s at the post office but post office won’t get back to me. Jawzrsize customer service was good and said they would resend the item, and a confirmation and tracking was sent.... but the package has been at the same location for over 2 weeks now and isn’t moving either. Again I don’t think this is on Jawzrsize but after 2 month and not receiving anything can’t really review the product, just the overal experience.

I placed my order for the beginner and then was offered a pricing special on the transformation kit. I accepted that offer thinking this would replace the beginner as naturally, I do not need 2 of them. Once my order was complete, I immediately noticed my error. I immediately contacted customer service via email and asked to please remove the beginner from my order. 3 hours later I received an email stating that no changes could be made to my order as it has already shipped. I didn't receive the shipping notice until the next day. Poor customer service.

It works, I can say that but not as intended. It only worked one side on my face causing severe asymmetry. Just do facial exercises and don't risk ruining your face!

The hurry up and wait game. Great marketing, not so great follow through on delivery of the product. I'm still waiting on my product. WEEKS LATER It shouldn't take this long to send someone from within the U.S. the product, you'd think it's coming from China or Istanbul. Probably... Wait for it... ADVICE: They should spend as much effort trying to get customers their product when it's sold as they do selling and marketing... Hey, there's a thought. They gave me some fluffer excuse that shipping was delayed... Okay whatever. I understand COVID-19 slowed down shipping (if shipping from another continent) but they should be transparent to customers BEFORE they buy, that lack of honesty made me give them 2 stars. I will drop down to one star next week if I don't have my product by then. Too much testosterone running the joint and not enough common sense. === *I do honest reviews about companies I worked with so hopefully it will help you avoid the walk of shame. My bar on "service" is based on quality, value and delivery. Call me ordinary for expecting this from any company I spend money with.

The products took months to arrive and were initially lost in transit. After finally getting them sent out again there was no discounts to speak of for the delay. While it was appreciated that the order was sent out again upon my inquiry, I think all in all the product was extremely overpriced.
