This product caused me jaw pain & headaches. I have attempted to return and get refunded for this several times, including photos of it being cut in half as requested by you. I have yet to receive a refund as promised in your warranty. I am very disappointed in this product and company. Michelle

No Customer Service
I bought the beginner model “kit,” but it didn’t include the bite strip. I sent two emails asking if it was a mistake. No response. Tried calling. Just rings and then cuts off. HORRIBLE customer service. And THEN, they send me a link to give a review. Clueless people.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!
This is the worst company I have ever purchased from !!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered two, received only one. Tried for weeks to resolve the issue with customer service. What a waste of time - worst customer service I have ever experienced !!!!!!!!! They do not seem to understand basic English and we kept going in circles. Still waiting for the missing item!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!

Meh...
Maybe it's because I chew a lot of gum regularly, but I found your first level too easy and a waste of money. Even as a write this I am chewing a huge wad of gum with the jawzrsize lying there sad on the table in front of me. Sorry if this sounds harsh

Looked like the box was opened prior to shipping and that I received used product as there was dirt on the starter blue piece. Gross.
