Received promptly and when promised, thank you. I am very happy with it but wished I’d ordered the 2nd step to start. The 1st step is not difficult at all but maybe that’s how it’s supposed to work. Am looking forward to seeing results soon! Thanks again.

So far I've only been using this item for about 3 weeks, and I probably need to be more consistent with it, but I can feel the fatigue in my jaw muscles once I get to about 50 reps. I try to do it at least twice a day and hopefully in a couple months, I will see results. That's the best review I can give for now. The item also arrived in a fairly quick amount of time.

The attention to customer service is extraordinary. The company followed through when there was a late delivery even though they had nothing to do with it getting lost in the USPS. And the product is great. In fact, I am using it right now as I type.
