Too expensive for what it is. And there are better products for half the price out there that do a better job

The item was chipped and didn’t work very well. It felt like it was too soft an got overheated in shipping.

The item that was shown when I ordered is was not completely shipped. I purchase the beginner with the case and I only received the Jawzrsize with the necklace string. I’m disappointed as it feels like a bait and switch. No a good feeling. I like the product but I’m not happy about not receiving the case.

Patti, we will take care of your issue with the case. No bait and switch- we got you. Jawzrsize Team

Hi, I think the idea is great but unfortunately I think the size is too big, I tried to use it multiple times and it's not working. Please make it a smaller size, thank you!
Response from JawzrsizeJul 25, 2020
Thank you so much for appreciation about the idea. However, we are disheartened to hear that you are unhappy with the size of our product. The 1.5 Jawzrsize is a little bit smaller. That way, people who have a concern with the size of the original being too large can order this one. So if you're concerned the original is too big, we recommend getting the small! Be aware it is a strong one!

I ordered the beginners jawzrcise on July 8th, I did not receive it until July 24th. I feel that is way too long to wait. You need to work on your distribution.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Per our records, order has been already delivered to you on 24th July 2020. We request you to please check and let us know if received or not, so we can assist accordingly.

The product probably, works, but I am uncomfortable using it. I use other facial exercises but I really hoped to include this.

Jawzrsize took months to arrive. While I waited I received countless email ads from the company. Jawzsize is a small chewy plastic cube, not much for @$30 plus shipping. It came with a "directions" card which was written in gibberish and had a drawing of an arm. Huh? I looked on the internet to find directions. My device was not packaged like the one in the ad. There were online directions but also badly written, as if translated by computer. I boiled the cube, cooled it a bit and then bit into it to mold to my mouth. Ask me again in a few weeks if it works or is a total scam.
