Cannot be used with dentures in or out. Way too hard.

I got the product and when I used it as was specified, it elicited a gag reflex and had I not removed it I would have thrown up. This happened every time I used this product. I am a woman, and I purchased the pink and green model. I asked for my money back and the owner asked me to send a picture of the product cut in half, which I did. I am still waiting on my refund!

Not sure what I’m expecting, but I am trying the blue beginning device and just remembering to do it is the hardest thing. I’m hoping it improves my jaw line as promised. (Only missed one day)
