For the price and shipping and tax seems too expensive.

Just started using it - I don't have an opinion yet. I don't appreciate receiving a previously opened box!

I think it can work, don’t get me wrong, but it’s to expensive for what you’re getting. Mine wore out and broke the first week I started using it. I’m sure I can send it back wait 3 wks and get another one, but let’s “face” it who has time to box it ship It back and contact them. All that is incredibly inconvenient Especially when you’re the owner of a business. 30 bucks not counting tax and shipping, for a small piece of rubber that isn’t durable. It’s a great invention, but it’s way too much. Someone tryin to get rich quick.

Took over 2 weeks for the package to arrive - what's with DHL? Was a bit disappointed there aren't better instruction videos to start, I've been using it for about 5 days and can see how it will definitely help but can see where people would easily injure themselves.

My experience could have been WAY better! had it not been for one of thier CSR who gave me a hard time handling my situation! Luckily though, I was helped by another member and he was more understanding and helpful!

Well, I first have to say was excited about receiving this item. However, when arrived it did not cone with the clear plastic teeth setters. Also, it is difficult for me to use oh b/c it’s chunky where it makes me gag. I’ve only used it a few times. When I do use it, I need to hold while chomping form on it or it will make me gag.
