Hi Bradon I purchased jawzrsize for my lil brother 28th birthday in May 2020. Due to COvid-19 logistic stress the shipment got lost in transit. I reached out to your customer service on the 13th August 2020 and was more than happy to get a replacement by 17th August.2020.
