Please be sure you are positioning your Jawzrsize correctly and that you have adjusted your Jawzrsize for the most comfortable fit! Even our Pop N Go models with built in bite strips can be boiled for 6-8 seconds for a more comfortable fit. Check out "How It Works" on jawzrsize.com for a great video showing you how! Our Pop N Go device comes with built in bite strips, and is a great fit for 90% of our customers! It can even be boiled for 6-8 seconds for a more comfortable fit! Perhaps that will work for you too! Aloha! Mahalo for your feedback! We are glad to clear up any confusion you may have. No, that was not a mistake. :) Our Jawzrsize devices are available in several colors. There is not just one color option for each resistance level. Purple Custom Fit is an option for our Intermediate level, but it is not the only one. Yes, in the Total Transformation Kit, 2 of the devices (Beginner and Intermediate, Levels 1 & 2) are the Pop N Go devices with built in bite strips. The other two (Advanced and Elite, Levels 3 & 4) are Custom Fit models, with removable bite strips.
