I got completely different colours than what is in the instructions - very confusing and screams “made in China”

Pretty early to tell
Pretty early to tell, but I am more skeptical of this product than ever. I really have a hard time believing this is going to work after using it. The more you look at the advertising it really doesn't look remarkable at all. A few more weeks will tell if this thing is headed back to the maker.

Bad customer service
Bad customer service. Have requested for change in the address. They are not even trying to check if it's possible. I know it's possible. I had a talk with the courier company. They told sender can change the address. Jawrsize team in not even reading my request properly. First they reply it will be delivered in 7 days sorry for the delay. But the request was to change the address immediately, so that it can reach my new address. The product is stuck in customs. And it might take another week to be delivered. The team could easily change the address with the courier company. It's just a work of 5 to 10 min max. This review is only for the service team that responded to my mail and not the product or the company in general.

My jawzrsize broke with like 100 bites
My jawzrsize broke with like 100 bites, the rubber has a slit in it, if you’re going to make a product that you constantly chew on, maybe you should actually make it strong. Also the rubber necklace thing doesn’t even work, u have to put one small ass metal stick in a rubber hole that moves when you try to push it. Instead of getting fancy just make something that works first of all AND is easy to use.

Well I received my product at a timely…
Well I received my product at a timely time, but there was one item missing from my order. The biting mouth strip was missing from my order. I emailed the company about the situation. I never received a reply back by email from them or I didn't even get a call from them.
I was very disappointed 😞 with my order. As of right now. I am not able to use my jawzrsize because of the missing pieces I need to bite on.
