Aloha This may be from it being to big. The custom fits are bulkier then the pop n go’s. We can refund you or send you out our minis at no addition charge; which are smaller and don’t require the bite strips.

Aloha Titus! You purchased on 11/23 and it was delivered on 12/3. that was 7 business days (not including thanksgiving) and shipping is between 3-8 business days. Your package arrived on time. 😌

It means something happened to where the pact is not stuck with no more shipping updates. You can either get it reshipped yo you, or we will go ahead and refund you if you don’t want a reshipment.
