Aloha, it looks like there is an issue with Asendia and no updates on the tracking. I know this is frustrating we will reach out to shipping and see if they can locate the package or what happened.

Aloha, I have researched your order and have found it to be Delivered by USPS on June 3, 2019 at 12:14 pm to the Cats Academy Room 3006 2001 Washington Street Baintree MA. as stated in your order. I spoke with the secretary of the academy before shipping because the order came with a Fraud Alert Warning as the billing address did not match the shipping address and was actually a bank address ( there were other warnings I will not put publicly on here to protect you ) . The phone number you provided is disconnected and I had to google to reach the Academy . The order was shipping to the United States but was order was placed from Brazil. I was advised that it is not uncommon for students from Brazil to take items home with them so family members can avoid paying Custom Fees etc. so I shipped it hoping the scenario was legitimate. The order has been delivered and I have sent the delivery receipt to your email. Please let me know if I can help any further....the order is probably at the Cats Academy as you requested in your original order. Mahalo...Jawzrsize Customer Service Specialist
