I ordered the Jawzrsize on july 26 and to my understanding the shipping process has not even started. This company fail to send the product itself as the shipping details indicated. The product seems effective, but the service is minimal and you have to be prepared to wait for it. I reached Out serval times but last time someone answered me from your support team was on aug. 14. If I write to your live chat they will just re-direct me to your support team who never answers

this website is fraud didn't delivered the product and not even gave me shipping details about carrier. their customer service is also just lip service . Even after contacting for numerous times they have not even took up the issue.
