You're asking for my opinion one day after I received it, how about giving me some time to actually use the product before you ask for a rating! Also, your website showed a package which included a storage case, I did not receive the case - MISREPRESENTATION!

I ordered the intermediate one because my friends bragged about the brand and how well it worked. When it got in here from delivery I realized that it didn’t even have the bite pieces, so it’s not something I can use. Disappointed because I was excited to try it out.
