As a specialist orthodontist there is absolutely no way this will do anything positive. It will most likely cause you temporomandibular jaw (TMJ) dysfunction (Jaw pain) and cost a lot of money. I am not sure how they are allowed to market this? The before and after photos look the same...maybe one has a few more shadows...disgusting! Do not waste your money

Had to constantly email customer service to see what was up with my order, they had sent it via a not very well known shipping company and the tracking number was labeled "false" to begin with. And then they were just like "oh yeah it was lost in the mail" and sent me to a third party to request a refund. With shipping, shipping insurance and conversion rate, this little chew toy costed over 60$, and only got 37$ back from this other company that wasn't even the shipper. Then someone on customer service said they sent me a second one with another "false" tracking number.

The blue pop in is way too easy on day 1. It's been a few days and it does not offer any noticeable resistance at all. I am a 57 year old male. Can you send me a purple poppin no charge? If so I will change my ratings from a 1 to a 5. But if you cannot send me the purple then it's a gimmick. I will not buy the purple out of principal, I should not have to buy a replacement on day 1 and throw blue in garbage on day 1. Sincerely, Mike

Your website is confusing. I thought that I bought four different strengths of Jawzrsize and It turns out that I bought two sets of the same strength, only one is custom and the other is not. Why would you need a custom Jawzrsize? On the advertisement the model just pops it in his mouth and not boiling water. I don't want two sets of the same thing. The set of four is just a duplication, that doesn't make sense.

Waiting for my order since the middle of March. I am totally aware of the situation and that due to the pandemic US postal services might be affected but i would have loved more communication from Jawzrsize regarding the situation. It's been more than 5 weeks now, still waiting...
