Purchased this product almost two weeks ago and still haven’t received any update on my product. I’ve sent multiple emails during work time hours. I receive a generic email saying they are closed and will respond the next day. Still waiting on my product........

I did not imagine that I would be leaving this review, being how eager and excited I was to use this product, but here we are. I do not recommend ordering anything from this company, unless you never plan to receive it. I ordered the Total Transformation Kit with Priority shipping, however, that must mean that they discard your order entirely. I understand that COVID is an issue everywhere at the moment, but if you keep scrolling, there are plenty of people who ordered after I did with standard rate shipping and received theirs with no issue. I ordered this product April 27th and today is May 5.. does that sound like 2-4 business day shipping? Customer Service is basically useless. I applied via the website to be contacted, no contact. I emailed the support line, no help. The only emails I've received are automated BS to hold me over. I work in the transportation industry and being in a regional position, I see no professionalism in not at least personally contacting your customers. I can think of a lot of other ways to waste $120.
