I had a nice experience visiting! They have a great selection of watches and it’s a very appealing atmosphere! They helped me out with my jewelery repairs and was friendly and helpful! I would recommend!

Late and broken
Paid for 2 day shipping, still showed up a few days late. Chain broke almost right away. I have tried calling and emailing, and I cannot get ahold of anyone

Beware -horrible service no response no refund …
Service is horrible- I needed to return the necklace I bought as it didn’t work with pendant I bought it for. Called to see what I needed to do no return call- on website it states ship back with all paperwork- I emailed ? Where to ship as address that shipped from was different than main address- no response. I shipped via FedEx got pic and confirmation of delivery- I have called and left messages numerous times emailed even went on the automated assistant - I got one response looking for tracking number - I sent her tracking number no response- I continue to email and call no response no refund. Beware of this company!!!!!
