I was a little skeptical at first, but this site did not disappoint. Everything from searching and purchasing items on this website felt smooth and easy on the eyes. 5 stars 😗

Item as described, Fast ship and low price. Thank you

Like many other sites, RGBSwap will rely on its sellers/vendors. However, my purchase went extremely well. The seller shipped quickly and I received working components in great condition. Nick at RGBSwap had great communication and made sure that I was comfortable with the process. My payment wasn't released until I approved of what I had received, which was a great service. I am always checking RGBSwap for future electronic purchases. Thank you!

This is what I've been looking for, for a very long time. If you are tired of the headaches and complications of ebay, RGB Swap is the alternative you need. This site focuses on electronics and caters to the PC Builders and enthusiasts. My purchase experience was stress free. It was simple and seamless. The protection that is provided by the owner of this site is safe and comprehensive and you can rest assured that any discrepancies and disputes will be closely monitored and promptly addressed. There is true Real Time support! The site does need a few touch ups. For instance it will be such a great help if the date an item is first posted is displayed, as well as how long an item has been up for sale. Other than that, this site is bookmarked on my phone and personal computer.

Excellent customer service for me, as a new user of the sight. My GPU buying experience was seamless and a great deal! Many options to chat with either the seller or website support. The buyer protection plan was very comforting, as I placed my trust in this new platform and was not disappointed!

When I had issues creating an account, the owner, Nick, immediately answered the chat request I sent on the site's homepage. He helped me register, and I was able to purchase an item from a vendor on the site using Paypal. I received the item quickly, with no hassles at all. I plan to search for good deals on rgbswap regularly, especially since the site's anti-fraud protocols arguably are better than eBay's (e.g., the seller's funds aren't disbursed until the buyer verifies that the item has been received in the advertised condition).

I've made 4 purchases on rgbswap.com and every single time it was a great experience. I highly recommend the website, the people who run it are polite and professional and they go out of their way to give you the best experience possible.

Much cheaper fees than ebay. Good website but unfortunately little traffic yet.
