On 8/1/2023 I purchased an older Dell Laptop that didn't perform as indicated and filed a DISPUTE. Jawa LISTENED to my complaint and worked with me and the seller for a resolution. The dispute was settled and Jawa made sure I was satisfied with my claim. STUFF HAPPENS between posting, shipping and receiving an item satisfactorily. Jawa worked the "middle" and provided helpful, friendly and professional customer service! I wouldn't hesitate ordering from Jawa again. I did not recieve my quote in a timely manner and even then only after contacting customer service on multiple occasions. I finally skipped the main site and contacted an individual seller myself to get my needs met. I also dis not get a refund of the 5 dollars for my quote.
