Update to previous one star review: company did eventually respond and claimed that my emails went into spam…. They shipped out the correct item and provided me with a shipping label to return the incorrect item at no charge. I am satisfied with this outcome. Just wish their processing was a bit more timely. I was shipped the wrong item. I followed the instructions on the website to report the mistake and request resolution. I have not received any response to the emails I have sent.

Missing Ring When I received the order one of two rings that I ordered was missing. I contacted the company, and they immediately replaced the missing ring. It is wonderful to deal with an honest on-line company. By the way, both rings are beautiful and look stunning on my hand!

First, the ring box was a bit chipped; then, the ring fell out when I opened the box; then, I noticed that a sliver of wood was sticking out of the ring. Is the wooden interior of the ring not polished with a protective coating? My husband is worried about getting the wooden part wet when he washes his hands.
