I placed an order on 12/15. I received an email stating they were out of the size I ordered and would need to make it. I asked if it would be ready and shipped by Christmas, to which they guranteed it would. Christmas arrived and I didn't receive my order or any status update. I sent 3 follow up emails...nothing. I emailed a 4th time and stated I would dispute the charge, since there had been no update. They finally replied and the order was shipped that day. I finally received the order on 1/5 - three weeks after the order was placed. If they had simply communicated their actual timeline there wouldn't have been an issue. When I did finally receive the item, which was over $100, it was sent in a small bag and shipping envelope. I would expect for an item of that much and it being jewelry I would at least get a box to avoid any damage. My husband did like the item, but I won't order from them again due to the lack of communication and shipping.

You’re right to expect clarity, especially when timing matters. In some cases, when a specific size is not immediately available, the piece is made to order. That should have been communicated more transparently, and followed with consistent updates. We fell short there. Regarding packaging — your expectation is fair. I purchased the leather mens bracelet and it was beautiful. My husband really liked the different leather strands. I don't know how else to describe it, but it was different. The craftsmanship was excellent and it arrived very quickly.
