I don't often order from the same…
I don't often order from the same company multiple times. But Japan Avenue has some excellent quality gifts and great customer service. Every order has been packaged well, arrived fairly quickly and always looks great coming out of the box. I am very happy to offer their gifts to my family that have spent many years in Japan a long time ago, this will help make Christmas this year special.

Japan Avenue personnel were responsive…
Japan Avenue personnel were responsive and friendly. The products shipped sooner than anticipated. They were gracious in wrapping three pair of socks as one gift, charging appropriately. My friend loved the gift. But... They email market excessively.
