Donald, Sorry to hear you're experiencing slowness with the site. This is the first we've heard of this. Is the site itself slow or are the videos slow? It's possible that it could also be your connection. Could you visit www.speedtest.net and run a speed test and let us know your upload and download speeds? Hi Dave, We just wanted to write and make sure your experience is better these days! We believe we have got most of the tech glitches from our new billing system worked out. We've also listened and are having some of our favorite instructors back out, such as Don Ross, Hawkeye Herman, Eve Goldberg, Orville Johnson and Eric Madis among others. Hi Ricardo. I am unable to find an account associated with the name Ricardo Costas. I also cannot find a customer service inquiry from this name either. We've never had a customer with this particular name listed in our system. If your account is listed under a different name, or an incomplete name, can you please write customer service with your account username name and a request to cancel under the 7 day refund policy. You can contact linda directly at [email protected], or message [email protected] (this will get a faster response). We generally answer customer service inquires in less than 24 hours, most often in half that time. When a message isn't received, most often it is due to a spam filter blocking the message, so you may want to check your spam folder. If you were referring to "teachers" not answering you messages, we have teachers live on the website between 8 and 14 hours per day to answer questions to help you out.
