Purchased a pair of Serpant gold. They broke after wearing a few times. I emailed them about this but they never responded. I wouldn’t recommend them

The worst customer service and business, i placed an order and after a week someone send an email stating that they had to move from their supply warehouse all of a sudden so the shipment was delayed and after 4 days I contacted them and i was told once again that it will be shipped in a day or two and if I didn’t wanna wait i should cancel my order . Do not get mislead.
