We appreciate your business Dr. Beck! In shipping we utilize USPS and UPS depending upon location and size of order. They both do a fantastic job of getting product out but at times there is a breakdown within shipping. We appreciate your patience on the delivery and look forward to serving you again in the future.

Coffee has a good flavor, may purchase again. Was a bit disappointed with the strength, had to add extra to enjoy more.

Hi John - Thank you for your business! The specialty coffee association recommends 3oz - 6oz. of ground coffee to 64oz. of water. That can vary quite a lot by person and personal taste. We commonly use around 4oz. of ground coffee to 80oz. of water in a thermal air pot. Hope this is helpful and thank you again for your business.
