I LOVE LOVE my JM jewelry
I LOVE LOVE my JM jewelry! And the customer service is fantastic! I bought the large pearl bracelet for my daughter for her transition and it broke one week in. I am sure that was just a fluke as my pieces are all great quality. But the team at JM replaced it for us! She loves it. And I think I might need to twin with her!😉 I also have the chunky cross bracelet and necklace and another stacking set (bracelets) and I love them all! Thanks JM for creating such beautiful jewelry and offering such great customer service 🥰!

Amazing customer service

This level of service was so refreshing!
Honestly, this company’s customer service department is second to none! Fastest response time I’ve ever experienced on a missing package, which wasn’t even their fault. They not only amended the situation but put a rush on my necklace at no charge to me, communicating efficiently thru the entire process. Real company with real people answering, with real care. Doesn’t happen much these days so thanks for restoring my faith in humanity. 🙂
