I am very impressed with my JM pieces
I am very impressed with my JM pieces. I absolutely love them for their design and quality. We had a slight issue with one of the pieces that I purchased for my daughter-in-law and JM was quick to respond and handled the situation respectfully, honorably, and kindly. I am very happy with my pieces and the customer service. I highly recommend JM jewelry and will be purchasing many more pieces..

My daughter bought me the chunkie cross for my birthday It came with razor like scratches she emailed them with pictures. Within hours got a response ,the very next day they sent a tracking number from ups to be on the lookout for my replacement Excellent Customer Service!I was kind of nervous at first with some negative reviews. All in all they were nothing but professional and helpful.I will definitely be ordering more of their beautiful pieces.

Hoops
I ordered a pair of hoop earrings (the perfect hoop) and when I went to wear them for the first time, the post part of the earring would not stay closed. I emailed James Michelle and someone responded PROMPTLY ! (On a Friday evening, no less!) They handled my situation and had another pair of earrings in the mail, within 2 days ! Their customer service is top notch!! I have ordered from James Michelle several times and I will continue to do so......and tell everyone about their excellent customer service when they compliment my jewelry!!

Customer Service was top notch
Customer Service was top notch. I was trying to purchase the mini heart necklaces, taking advantage of their awesome buy one, get one free, for mother and daughter necklaces. My daughter and I are like best friends but we live 12 hours away from each other. I made a mistake when ordering and somehow only ordered 1. I reached out to customer service and they took care of it immediately. Well done customer service! I will be a returning customer for sure and will refer as many friends as possible to this company.
