Top- notch customer service and quality
Wow! I was pleasantly surprised with the immediate and professional response by their customer service department. When I placed my order during their June promo for a free heart necklace, there was an error on my end. I reached out to customer service and they immediately responded and included the free necklace in my order. The quality was top-notch both with the necklace and customer service! My daughter and I now have matching necklaces. I will be ordering again from James Michelle.

What a fantastic company
What a fantastic company! I made a mistake on my order and the company corrected my mistake and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as a customer. In this day and age it is so rare to have a company treat a customer like they are valued and this company goes above and beyond! super satisfied with the service and the products!

I ordered the gold and silver horsebit…
I ordered the gold and silver horsebit bracelets for myself. Wear them 24-7, sleeping and showering in them for last 5 months. Loved them so much, I ordered 400 of them for a women’s client event and they went crazy! Love love!! The customer service in making these arrangements and delivery was above and beyond! I recently purchased some beautiful pearl bracelets, one of which broke. I contacted Customer service and they were very accommodating, professional and prompt in responding. My bracelet was replaced and I am so appreciative. I am a huge fan of James Michelle.

My first time ordering

Incredible customer service & product
Incredible customer service! I love supporting small business. I wear my boho hoops, bangle and cross necklace almost daily. Great in the pool and ocean and a shiny touch to my everyday wear.
