I have so much to say…first, the James Michelle pieces are beautiful! They are of upmost quality. I have purchased multiple pieces and get compliments on them constantly. I wear them everywhere! I have purchased pieces for co-workers and for my daughter. Again, the pieces have incredible quality and are just beautiful in design. I just dealt with their Customer Service Department for the first time and I am blown away by their kindness, efficiency, promptness and the fact that they TRULY stand by their word on their pieces. I was gifted a bracelet from James Michele through a friend, I loved the bracelet so much that I ordered me another one different style, of course. I had a lot of compliments on my bracelets one being my sister who then placed an order of a set of three bracelets. Then I ordered two more bracelets one for me and one for a gift for my mother-in-laws birthday coming up. I’m so impressed with quality of this jewelry. It’s beautiful it makes a statement it catches eyes. we had some confusion with my last order. I simply emailed and expressed my concern. Customer service immediately was on top of things and made the issue right I felt they went above and beyond you don’t see that with customer service these days I highly recommend James Michele, jewelry for personal use and gifting, family, and friends. Wonderful little company to do business with.

Great company and even better customer service! I received a gift for my birthday and the jewelry was a bit small so I reached out to the company for an exchange. The customer care rep, Alyssa, was so sweet and sent the new items so quickly! Definitely recommend this company!
