I reached out to them and they promptly emailed me back and assured me they would do everything to make my experience a good one. Well in five days I got my backpack and it exceeded my expectations. It was just as pictured and I am loving using it. I will definitely order from them again.

I truly love the buffalo leather sling bag I purchased from James Leather. The quality of the leather is excellent, the craftsmanship is impressive, and the bag is both stylish and versatile for everyday use. I did experience an issue with the zipper on my original bag, but James Leather handled the situation exceptionally well and promptly replaced it with a brand new bag. I bought a briefcase and the strap came off after several months of use. I contacted their customer service department and got an immediate response and resolution. Taube (customer support) was exceptional and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend James Leather.
