Having known James DeLoney for twenty years, I can say that his strengths as a human being carry over well in his approach to real estate: diversely educated, high character, integrity, and honor, and a level of empathy that allows him to assess needs and preferences on an individual basis, creating a personable one on one approach that favors the client.

James was extremely professional and dedicated to finding us a family home. He was more than willing to work around our schedule on evenings and weekends to go look at houses. We were impressed by his thoroughness and commitment to us as a client and ended up getting a great home.

James was a fabulous help to me in my most recent home purchase. He screened all the houses and only sent those links that fit my criteria. Then when we found a great match, James advised a strategy to make my offer appealing to the seller with multiple offers pending. He recommended an experienced home inspector that was super reasonable and helped me to select those items for the seller to fix without alienating them. James sent a helpful timeline and list of numbers so I could complete all the necessary details before closing. It was a super easy close thanks to his guidance. I would recommend James to anyone buying in this "hot" market....you need a pro to compete and close the deal.

I would recommend him to friends, family, and you. If we ever move again (we are still unpacking so at this point that seems unlikely) we will use him again, FOR SURE!

James has a firm grasp of the Austin realty market. He does a great job of explaining all the different scenarios involved with purchasing or selling a home. He makes the process seem easy.
