I started working with James Baker in 2020. He provided professional advice from the first day and interactions, even before I was a client. I appreciate the level of generosity I've received from him since then. I've been his client for more than six years now. James and his team are attentive to detail and always have your best interest in mind.

I´ve worked with James Baker & Associates Corp in 2024 and 2025 so far. My experience has been great. I had the company and banking already set up before I started working with them, but they were very helpfull helping me open a secondary business bank account with a bank that I couldn´t do myself and kept getting rejected while trying online, and changing my LLC from one state to another was also a smooth process. Also they have been very knowledgeable and helpfull regarding my business tax situation and had helped me navigate my singular tax situation as non resident LLC owner very well so far. All annual forms and compliance with the IRS have been submitted without any issues and always on time. I would recommend 100%.

Without them I wouldn't have my business. Helped me with tax filings, starting my LLC, bank account... and with their continued support I am only left to focus on actual work. Highly recommend.
