The customer service was excellent

Great products and great customer service. I ordered a pair of sunglasses from the first collection they made, back in February. Five months later, I noticed an issue and brought it up to their customer service. Despite being outside of their refund/return window, they worked with me to rectify the issue. I've ordered two more pairs of sunglasses from the summer collection and will gladly continue to do business with this company.

The customer service has been very swift to answer my emails, it has been very helpful with providing me the information that I needed. Overall, it was great! 10/10

I rate them a 5 star because, they help you pretty quick when you have an issue.

Jade Black's customer service is hands down the best. Contacted them about an issue I had with my product and within a matter of minutes they were able to resolve it. Definitely recommend Jade Black and all their products!
