Well, I was desperate for a new bathtub, my other one was from the 1970's. I got a deep tub and a new wall put in. It's nice, but $17,000 seems like an awful lot of money. Maybe, 10,000 to $12,000 at the very most sounds a little more reasonable. I don't think the plumbing got done properly, the faucet has play in it. It can be pulled back and fourth in the wall. It should be stable. Also, I was told that I would have to buy new shower attachments through the same company because the treads are custom to their equipment.

I had a wonderful experience with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel! In Miami. From the initial consultation to the entire process, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The quality of the bathroom remodel is beautiful, and I especially love how clean, modern, and comfortable everything looks. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Jacuzzi to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom!

From the install folks to the sales rep to the regional manager, the whole process of getting my remodel done was seamless, and more importantly, headache inducing. Was a pleasure working with the Jacuzzi team and would definitely be a return customer should I need their services again, without a thought!

These people like to aggravated the crap out of me prior to our scheduled appointment, and then on the appointment day I canceled my work to be there at 2pm when it was scheduled and get a phone call at 1:52 telling me the technician was behind and could we reschedule. I told her it would have been nice to have been told earlier and was told repeatedly that they indeed tried to reach out. I checked & of course no missed calls so I asked " did you get my voicemail "? Her reply was oh yes we left you a message. I told her I dont have voicemail & don't appreciate being lied to. All she said was well do you want to cancel the appointment? What do you think? I dont do business with companies with no values, morals & lies to its customers. Looking back at some other reviews and im so glad I didnt deal with these jokers.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel in Southern California has to be the worst company on the planet. I was looking to remodel my shower and used Angi to get a quote 4 weeks ago. I decided three weeks ago to not move forward with my shower. I have received over a three week period over 200 calls from their overseas lead department. I have talked with them live over 10 times asking them to remove me from their list. The latest episode happened yesterday and the person promised I would be taken off. Low and behold, 20 minutes ago I received another call which I accepted and told the very friendly "design consultant" to take me off their list again. I have always had a positive view of Jacuzzi products, but these tactics will motivate me to tell everyone I know that will listen that they should never use their products.

Took advantage of my elderly parents. 20 k not what was explained. No paperwork sent or signed prior. No pictures of what it would look like prior. Very angry. They took out a stall with 3 walls replaced with panels held with silicone no 3rd wall. An L shaped curtain rod. How is that custom. 600 pull bar only for handicap access. Base taller harder for the amputee to hop in. Predatory. Took advantage of the elderly. Also caulking around base messy. Wish I could share a picture. Also flooring did not go to base. About 2 in wide x 24 in long gap exposed for water to get unde rest of flooring. Contractor only said nothing I can do. Do not recommend. No hitched shower chair either. Still using portable shower chair.
