Ordered ackee and jerk seasoning. I knew it was going to be bad news when the box was the same size as the contents. One of the jars or jerk was broken even though it had bubble wrap. Two of my five cans of ackee were dented and the first can I opened all of the ackee was basically disintegrated. Will not use this company again. I will have to open the other cans before I go through the trouble of preparing the other ingredients to make sure they aren't in the same state.

The product, albeit expensive, was well packaged, delivery was timely and the product was appetizing ( not squishy or old appearing).

I was promised delivery within 24 hours. Did not get item until almost 5 days later. It affected my menu due to late arrival.
